??The study was conducted to determine the growth and flowering ability of chrysanthemum as affected by the different levels of carbonated rice hull and swine manure applied per square meter plot. The treatments are as follows: Treatment 1 – Control; Treatment 2 – Swine Manure; Treatment 3 – 10kg of carbonated rice hull + swine manure; Treatment 4 – 1.5kg of carbonated rice hull + swine manure; and Treatment 5 – 2kg of carbonated rice hull + swine manure.
The study revealed that application of 2 kilograms of carbonated rice
hull + swine manure influenced the height developments of the plants.
As to the average number of
harvested flowers, Treatment 5 (2.0 kilograms of CRH + swine manure) obtained
the highest.
