Abstract:
This study was conducted at Brgy. Sanao, Katipunan, Zamboanga del Norte, from February 04, 2018 to May 05, 2018. These, study was entitled of "Effects of Varied Levels of Madre de Agua (Trichantera gigantea) on the Growth Performance of Goat in Total Confinement Method of Rearing. The study was being conducted using total confinement method of rearing. A Ramdomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) was used in this study. Kids was grouped into four (4) treatment and replicated three (times) with one (1) head per replication. The treatments are: To - 100% concentrates, T1 - 100% concentrates + 5% Madre de Agua leaf meal T2 - 100% concentrates + 10% Madre de Agua leaf meal, T3 - 100% concentrates + 15% Madre de Agua leaf meal. The result of the study revealed insignificant deference's on both levels on the monthly weight, weight gained and feed consumption.??
Objectives:
To determine the effects of varied levels of Madre de Agua (Trichantera gigantea) on the growth performance of goat.

Findings and Results:
Result of the study revealed insignificant differences were observed on the monthly weight, weight gained and feed consumption. Indicating that Madre de Agua Leaf Meal (MDALM) failed to produce great differences in terms of growth performance.
Conclusion:
From the above result and discussion, it clearly shown that the used of Madre de Agua leaf meal at 5% levels didn't have a great effect on the growth performance of goat. Much better to use Madre de Agua as subtitute rather than additives considering the expenses to be lessen.
